Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of T7 Pilot, a Solana trading assistant operated on Telegram by T7 Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By starting a chat with @T7PilotBot or by depositing funds to an address generated by the bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
1. The service
T7 Pilot is a software tool that lets you interact with the Solana blockchain through a Telegram chat interface. It helps you buy and sell SPL tokens, set automated orders (take profit, stop loss, trailing stop, dollar-cost averaging), and optionally mirror the on-chain activity of wallets you choose to track. All swaps route through the Jupiter aggregator and settle on the Solana public ledger.
T7 Pilot is software. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not execute orders on any order book; every trade is a smart-contract swap on a public blockchain that settles between your wallet and a decentralized liquidity pool.
2. Eligibility
You may use T7 Pilot only if:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You are not located, organized, or resident in any country or territory where use of cryptocurrency trading software is prohibited, or where you are subject to sanctions imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable sanctions regime.
- You are not using the service on behalf of any sanctioned person or entity.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of T7 Pilot is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not offer the service to, and reserve the right to refuse or terminate access from, anyone we reasonably believe does not meet these requirements.
3. Your wallet and custody
When you use /wallet for the first time, the bot generates a Solana keypair dedicated to your Telegram account. The private key is encrypted at rest on our server using modern cryptography with per-user key material. You fund this wallet by depositing SOL or tokens to the address shown in the bot.
You retain ownership of your funds. You can export your private key at any time via the /export command, import it into Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or any other Solana wallet, and move your funds on-chain without any action on our part. You are never locked in.
The bot's managed wallet is a hot wallet. Private keys live on our server memory during signing operations to execute trades autonomously (for example, to fire a stop-loss order while you sleep). This is fundamental to the service and is the single biggest risk you accept by using it — see Section 7.
4. Fees
T7 Pilot charges a 0.75% platform fee on each successful swap. The fee is deducted from your trading wallet after the swap confirms on-chain; a failed swap never results in a fee. No subscription or recurring charge exists.
In addition to our platform fee, every swap also pays:
- The Solana network transaction fee and priority fee, paid directly to Solana validators.
- Any spread or price impact inherent to the swap route, determined by Jupiter and the underlying liquidity pools.
- An optional Jito tip if MEV protection is enabled (configurable in
/settings).
Fee amounts, percentages, and rebate structures may change. Any change will take effect on deployment and will be reflected in the bot's /help fees output.
5. Referral program
If you refer another user via /refer, you are credited with a percentage rebate (currently 30%) on the platform fees paid by your referees, forever. Rebates are paid in SOL to the referring user's wallet in periodic batches.
Self-referral via duplicate or alternate Telegram accounts is not permitted. Accounts found to be gaming the referral system may have their rebates forfeited and their access terminated without notice or refund.
6. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use T7 Pilot for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorism financing, tax evasion, or sanctions evasion.
- Attempt to manipulate any market, including but not limited to wash trading, spoofing, layering, or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, keypair material, or any other secret of the service.
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to compromise the availability or security of the bot, the server it runs on, or any third-party service it interacts with.
- Use automated means (including scripts, bots, or multi-accounting) to interact with T7 Pilot beyond the rate limits built into the service, except for the bot's own intended automation features.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use T7 Pilot to trade on behalf of a third party without their informed consent.
7. Risk disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit into your T7 Pilot wallet. In particular, you acknowledge and accept:
- Market risk. Prices of tokens can move to zero within seconds. Slippage, low liquidity, and volatility are normal.
- Token risk. Many Solana tokens are scams, "rug pulls", or honeypots. Our safety filters catch common patterns but cannot detect every scam. You are responsible for evaluating any token you trade.
- Hot wallet risk. A server compromise at our end could result in the loss of every deposit held in the bot-managed wallet. Your main wallet (held outside the bot) is unaffected. Do not deposit more than you are comfortable losing entirely.
- Third-party risk. The service relies on Telegram, the Solana blockchain, the Jupiter aggregator, Alchemy RPC, and RugCheck's token-scoring API. An outage or compromise of any of these can degrade or halt the service. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
- Smart-contract risk. The Jupiter program, the Solana token program, liquidity pool programs, and any token program you trade with are third-party smart contracts that may contain bugs, malicious code, or admin privileges that expose you to loss.
- Automation risk. Your TP, SL, trailing stop, and DCA orders execute under conditions we cannot guarantee. An RPC outage, a Jupiter failure, a pool drain, or a circuit-breaker pause can prevent an order from firing at the expected time.
- No advice. Nothing the bot says, shows, or suggests is investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.
8. Disclaimers
T7 PILOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VULNERABILITIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY TRADE WILL EXECUTE AT ANY PARTICULAR PRICE, IN ANY PARTICULAR TIMEFRAME, OR AT ALL.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL T7 SYSTEMS, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF T7 PILOT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T7 Systems, its operators, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any trade you execute through the bot.
11. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the T7 Pilot community chat (@T7PilotChat). Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to T7 Pilot at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to shut down the service. You may terminate your use at any time by withdrawing all funds (/withdraw), exporting your private key (/export), and stopping interaction with the bot. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the T7 Systems operator resides, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of T7 Pilot will be resolved, to the extent permitted by law, through good-faith negotiation in the first instance; failing that, by binding arbitration or the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms, security concerns, or support requests should be directed to the T7 Pilot community group: @T7PilotChat.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
